Circular Reasoning

Circular Reasoning
Publisher: Breaking Games

Publisher's Description:
Circular Reasoning is a two to four player game where players race each other to get all their tokens to the center of a circular board. The board alters itself as the game presses on, impacting how players interact with each other and how they intend to win.

BrainMole Review:
Me and two friends played a couple of games of this at #PAXPrime2015. It's amazingly simple at first but you quickly figure out there is a lot of strategy involved. All three of us enjoyed the first game, so we decided a second round should be played. I would have purchased it that day but we had to rush off for a panel and weren't able to make it back to the booth.

However, I enjoyed the game so much I did a search for it on shopping sites as soon as I got home. I couldn't find it anywhere.  So I went to the Breaking Games website and purchased it directly from them.

I've played many games of Circular Reasoning, with my wife and children (9 and 12 years old), and they were able to catch on very quickly.  Since I had played before I won the first couple of games, but they were quickly able to figure out the strategy of blocking and moving their pieces and we all ended up trading wins.

I recommend this game as an alternative to checkers or other basic strategy games. Individual games are fairly quick, at around 20-30 minutes, even with 4-players.

After I purchased this game from the publisher, I checked a few months later and found that it is now on Amazon.com.  Here is a link to it:

Geek and Sundry Tabletop Game List

I love games.  All kinds of games.  Sports, video games, board games, card games and role-playing games.  So I felt automatically drawn to the show Tabletop.

Tabletop is a YouTube video series dedicated to games.  It is part of the Geek and Sundry production company hosted by Wil Wheaton
To help keep track of all the games on the show I compiled them here.  It lists each game by Season, in order of airing date. Of course air date doesn't mean anything as the shows are all available on YouTube whenever you want to watch them.

You can click any of the games which will take you to their link at Amazon.com.  I've found they tend to have lower prices, but if you can spare a few bucks more you should purchase them from your local gaming store to help support them.
